Return Policy

We want to ensure that each item purchased through ALTR is worn with love, but things happen so

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days* of purchase, in an unworn and new condition with all tags attached
• Items will be picked up, condition assessed by us, and if we accept it the exchange item will be delivered same or following day
• Delivery fees applicable
• Returns/exchanges currently only available within Kuwait 

In case of defect you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we may either exchange/refund the item(s).

Delivery Policy

• Deliveries available to Kuwait and all GCC countries, cost calculated at checkout
• Standard rate of KWD 2 applies to each order within Kuwait
• Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days within Kuwait, and dispatched to GCC shipping within 1-2 days
